What is the Healthy Eating Challenge exactly?
It’s a 10-day clean healthy eating challenge to guide yourself back to a healthier balance. Life has a way of getting out of control with food or drinks, food-related activities, social engagements or work commitments. Take this 10 day challenge to get your health, your body and your life to feeling back in a healthier, lighter, more rested and happier place.
This is a virtual program, you can join us from the comfort of your living room!
When does it begin?
The next 10-Day Challenge begins on Monday, August 17th and ends Wednesday, August 26th!

What if this isn’t a good time and I already have a social gathering or vacation planned during this challenge?
First off, it’s never a good time. If you wait for the perfect time you’ll never do it. So no worries! Stick to your plans and together we’ll make sure you have your own successful healthy plan of attack in place. You can do it! However, if it’s truly not a good time for you, contact me when you’re ready… I’d love to help you.
Is this a detox or a liver cleanse?
Well, it’s a little bit of both actually. We’re cleaning up our diets by incorporating healthy foods and drinks that our bodies are nutritionally craving. By doing this, we’ll be detoxing from toxins in our diets and replacing them with leaner, healthy proteins, healthy fats, fruits and veggies/greens, smoothies, lemon water, and a few more healthy ideas and tips to help you feel your best.
We’ll also be focusing on:
